• KYC Documents: Scanned copies of PAN, Aadhaar (masked), DL, Passport-size photos (only when you upload for Manual PAN or Resume Maker).
• Transaction Data: Order ID, Payment details (via Razorpay), Service used, Amount paid.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, access times.
• Usage Data: Which services you use, audit logs, verification history.

3. Third-Party API Services

We use authorized third-party APIs (such as CuteSign, SignDesk, Karza, etc.) only to fetch verification data. These APIs are used strictly for the purpose requested by you. We do not store raw Aadhaar numbers or full sensitive documents longer than required.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• SSL encryption for all data transmission
• Secure storage with access control
• Regular security audits
• Masked display of sensitive information (Aadhaar, etc.)
• Auto-deletion of uploaded documents after 30 days (except where required for records)

5. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do NOT store your card details, CVV, or any full payment instrument data on our servers. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant.

• Verification logs: Retained for 3 years (for audit & dispute resolution)
• Uploaded documents: Auto-deleted after 30 days
• Manual PAN applications: Retained as per UTIITSL/NSDL requirements
