Terms of Service

By accessing or using Resume Maker (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Platform.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information during verification services (PAN, DL, GST, etc.).
• You agree not to misuse our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

• Resume Maker (manual data entry)
• Manual PAN Card Applications
• PAN, DL, GST Verification via authorized third-party APIs
• Wallet-based payment system

3. Third-Party APIs & Service Availability

Verification services depend on third-party providers (CuteSign, Karza, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• Downtime or unavailability of third-party APIs
• Incorrect data returned by government or private databases
• Delays in PAN card processing by UTIITSL/NSDL/Protean

4. Payment & Wallet

• All payments are processed via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Amount once added to wallet is non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy
• Service charges are deducted from wallet balance at the time of usage
• GST is applicable as per government rules

5. Refund Policy

No refund for wallet top-up. Refunds only in case of:

• Double payment due to technical error
• Service not delivered due to our server fault (within 7 days)
• Request refund at support@b2bcws.in with transaction ID

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on this Platform are owned by us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss due to incorrect verification results
• Delays in PAN card delivery
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the platform or APIs
• Violate these Terms

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
